Training in conditioning, flexibilty, technique, performance and creativity in classical and contemporary styles...

four hours of professional classical and contemporary training twice a month with guest mentors and teachers, in an intimate setting with personal feedback and support

Classical Technique 

Training within a classical setting of barre work, centre work and allegro to develop a dancers knowledge and execution of technical aspects of classical ballet. 

Classical Repertoire 

Training within different styles and techniques of classical repertoire to develop a dancers pick up speed, performance, creativity and confidence within these different techniques and styles. 

Ballet Conditioning 

Training within a program of conditioning and flexibility exercises focused on ballet technique - with use of equipment like resistance bands, yoga blocks & balls and pilates balls. 

Demi Pointe / Pointe Work 

Training within a program of strength, stability and technique exercises to develop a dancers confidence and ability within the pointe work. 

Contemporary Technique 

Training with different techniques of contemporary, Graham, Cunnigham, Horton & more, to develop a dancers knowledge and execution of technical aspects of contemporary. 

Performance Contemporary 

Training within different styles and techniques of contemporary with different choreography each session to develop a dancers pick up speed, performance, creativity and confidence within these different techniques and styles. 

Improvisation 

Training within different ways of exploring movement with artisity and musicality spontaneously, aiming to develop a dancers confidence in themselves and their body when they are left to their own devices with no set choreography. 

Pilates 

Training within a program of pilates exercises to improve posture, enhance muscle tone, and increase overall body awareness, with an emphasis on core strength, through carefully crafted classes you'll have the opportunity to develop a strength, stability & flexibility while also enjoying the mental benefits of enhanced focus and relaxation. We will also add strength elements during mat classes by using props.

Each session will included a different variety of training aspects and mentors.
